What to Bring

At Opus, we have your safety and well-being in mind at all times. Below is a general guideline of what to bring to residential rehab.

If you have specific questions on any belongings you’re unsure about bringing, please contact us.

What you can bring to rehab:

  • Clothes, shoes, pajamas
  • Laundry supplies
  • Alarm clock
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Personal ID and wallet
  • Debit card, cash
  • Cellphone and charger
  • Books
  • Laptop, other personal electronic devices
  • Razor or electric razor; Shaving cream
  • Sealed, unopened cigarette packages
  • Vapes or e-cigarettes (only with legal nicotine vape liquid)
  • Daily vitamins
  • Personal prescription medication from your doctor with an original pharmacy bottle stating your name and medication information. (NO sample medications or opened liquid bottles.)

Do NOT Bring:

  • Alcohol or drugs
  • “Drug culture” paraphernalia or related materials
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Pornography
  • Pets or animals
  • Expensive or excessive jewelry
  • Musical instruments
  • Large stereo sound systems
  • Alcohol-based mouthwash
